First of all, congratulations for my friends who manage to get Band 4 for the end year MUET exam! You did it! Now whats left for us is only to get through our course and finally we can graduate at the end of our courses!!Alhamdulillah.
Several months ago, I've been arguing with my friends about whether there is a need for me to take MUET again as they have heard and I also have checked on the internet about the new regulations for MUET which is about the five years validity. Thankfully as for USIM students, the exam validity is only for us to enter our courses. Once we manage to get the needed grades (for FPSK USIM, we need at least Band 4 to graduate), we didn't have to take it again to make up for the validity of MUET. Makluman Pengesahan Tempoh Sah Laku Keputusan MUET Bagi Tujuan Kemasukan dan Pengijazahan
1- Dimaklumkan bahawa mulai MUET Pertengahan Tahun 2009, TIADA sebarang syarat kelayakanyang dikenakan kepada calon untuk menduduki MUET.
2- Adalah dimaklumkan bahawa tempoh SAH laku keputusan MUET sebagaimana yang dikeluarkan oleh Majlis Peperiksaan Malaysia (MPM) pada 12 Mac 2009 adalah sebagaimana berikut :
2.1- Bagi keputusan MUET yang dikeluarkan sebelum tahun 2009,tempoh sah lakunya adalah hingga 18 Julai 2013.
2.2- Bagi keputusan MUET yang dikeluarkan mulai tahun 2009, tempoh sah lakunya ialah lima tahun mulai tarikh keputusan ujian dikeluarkan.
3- Sehubungan dengan itu, Mesyuarat Senat Universiti Kali ke- 58 Bil. 4/2010 yang telah diadakan pada 11 ogos 2010 telah bersetuju bahawa tempoh sah laku MUET tersebut hanya terpakai untuk kemasukan pelajar sahaja dan tidak melibatkan pengijazahan pelajar. Walau bagaimanpun, pelajar perlu memenuhi keperluan minimum tahap MUET bagi tujuan pengijazahan.
